ST. JOHN'S HORSE SHOW - SEPT. 5-7
We are counting on parishioners to 1) donate auction items, 2) be sponsors, 3) purchase (or sell) ads, 4) attend the Cocktail Party, 5) bring friends to the Cocktail Party and 6) attend the Sunday "Homecoming" Picnic.
The invitations to the Cocktail Party have been mailed. There are extras in the Parish Hall lobby. It is our goal to have many non-parishioners at this party.
The following need to be turned in at the church BY AUGUST 8 in order to be included in the program booklet:
Sponsorship monies with signed forms (Melanie Heacock can answer questions)
Ad monies with ad copy (Patrick & Kristen Worrall are in charge of ads)
Donor forms for auction items (we can get the items later)
Some of you have taken forms - now is the time to return them (filled out, of course) and some have made verbal commitments - now is the time to put them in writing.
If you have any questions about the aforementioned, please contact Melanie Heacock at 410-356-2436 or email her at melanieheacock@gmail.com. If you are willing to lend a hand with the many activities during Horse Show Weekend, please contact Patti Fenwick at 410-591-7503 or email her at pattiponi@myway.com.
