St. John’s Horse Show
Ponies! Parties! Picnics!
This is the 65th year of the St. John’s Horse Show and we want the entire parish to be a part of this ministry, the proceeds of which go toward our Outreach program.
Horse Show Weekend needs YOU! We are currently working hard to gather:
Sponsorships (ranging from $100 to $5,000) - see Judith Ann Dellosso or George Sybert;
Excellent Auction Items - see Melanie Heacock;
Ads for the Horse Show Program - see Patti Fenwick;
Volunteers for all three days - see Patti Fenwick.
The next Horse Show & Homecoming Weekend (September 5, 6 & 7) committee meeting will be Thursday, March 13th, at 7 pm in the Parish Hall. If you are interested in participating on, chairing or co-chairing a subcommittee of this major annual fundraiser (currently dubbed Ponies! Parties! Picnics!) please join us. Horse experience not required!
Great news: 100% of the weekend's profits go to Outreach this year. Our subcommittees include Volunteer Coordinator, Communications, Sponsorships, Auction, Cocktail Party, Show Day, Show Food, Program (ad book), and Website.
